PetSmart Grooming

They did a great job with my dog, I just found the pricing a little more than I thought I would considering they aren't just a grooming store! But she came out looking and smelling great!

Never again, my senior cat who is difficult and we warned them over and over, got there, they did one paw. Stopped because she hissed and said she was biting. Someone named Tanya called because I had contacted corporate, all she did was make excuses for the poor service. If your single cat groomer thinks they will never get scratches as a cat groomer, they need to not be doing cats at all.

I googled PetSmart and clicked on the location closest to me. The hours are listed as 7am-9pm every day. I arrived at the store and walked in the automatic sliding doors at 8:57 and was immediately accosted by an employee asking how I got in. (I told her that I walked to the entrance and the doors opened.) When I asked if the store is open she scoffed that technically yes but they can't operate the registers until 9am. No problem I can spend those three minutes finding what I need. I approached the register with my three items at 9 and was rung up by a guy that was stocking shelves near the entrance. The Cicero petsmart store is the worst They refuse To price match any of their competitors They are the only petsmart that I have been in and do this I will never shop at the store again because They don't care if you pay more for the same product as anywhere else around them

They always take care of my dogs nails and do an awesome job.
