I went in looking for more fish to add to my cichlid tank. The woman with purple hair criticized me and was extremely rude. With some research (that was clearly not done) you’d know that because cichlids are so aggressive, you have to over stock the tank and then have a larger filter than for the tank with weekly water changes. Which I do. Instead she said “we can’t do that because the size difference of the fish and that customers bring them home to feed put the little ones in their own fish or they have improper care”. I repeatedly told her that I am an experienced fish keeper and this is the one kind of fish that has this exception. It was extremely insulting especially because I take such pride in my ranks. I would have chose larger fish if they had them but there were no large ones. I

Very disappointed with the grooming center. 3 times I have done a walk in which they offer for my dogs nails. 3 times they can't take them for just their nails. It was 1230 and they are open till 7 and said they are running behind and short handed. That is not my fault. I have 2 64 pound dogs I can't bring in together have to have my husband or daughter help out. Very disappointed with how we were treated. Maybe time to go elsewhere

Although my dog doesn't normally allow her nails to be touched, the team gave me great advice on how to approach her. After two attempts—despite her high anxiety—they still gave it a try, and now I have a plan to get it done. She did get a bath and looks amazing!
