I brought my long-haired cat here for the first time, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! She came out looking absolutely gorgeous — so clean and with a beautiful haircut. The service was wonderful from start to finish. The ladies who work there were very pleasant, attentive, and made sure all our needs were met. They even suggested a few services I hadn’t thought about, which made the visit even better. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back!

Wonderful service for our sweet Julia every time! Miranda B treats our girl as if she were her own. She provides consistent love and care every 5-6 weeks and as needed. Courtney P also provided the same care when MB was unavailable. Each staff person greets us with friendliness and professionalism. You can see how much they enjoy taking care of our “babies”. I really didn’t want to give a poor review for this place because they are great for regular sanitary shaves, but I don’t think I can come here anymore. While booking one of our cat's sanitary shaves months ago (he’s a long hair), we inquired about getting nail caps because we heard it's a great and humane compromise for destructive cats. We discussed details with the lady on the phone, and she let us know nail caps fall off on their own in 4–6 weeks—no additional maintenence. This was confirmed in person when dropping him off. Well, it's been months since his last grooming. We were thinking about bringing him back and decided to trim his nails. Wouldn’t you know, the nails were severely ingrown and had started growing into the pad. Three of the nail caps on each side did not fall off. Th

I felt very welcomed when I came in for the first time with my fur baby and we left very satisfied they answered all my questions with details and patience, on top of my dog beautiful cut he looks like he has a layered bob and he smells so good . Thank you for a happy experience🙏🏾

My cat got groomed today by Furrever Friends in Liverpool and they did an amazing job! This was my cats first time getting groomed and I was nervous she might not react well. Turns out she was just fine tho thanks to the workers here they did such a good job with her she didn’t seem scared at all when I picked her up and I absolutely adore this haircut! Will definitely be returning here with Mystique when she’s needing a haircut/bath in the future!🙂
