do a good job of the grooming but the scheduling and timing is very inconvenient. When I first started taking her, it would be an hour or hour and a half max.And now when I take her, they tell me it's 2 to 3 hours (ended up being 2 hours and 40 mins), and I have to sit around and wait much longer. When I made the appointment, they didn't mention anything about how much longer it would be. I don't like the fact that the dogs are just sitting in the cage for so much of that time.When they could have just scheduled them so they are not overbooking The dogs
Was there in Nov 24, service was good. We needed a 7am appointment, they were late opening the store, we git 8b evetually at 7:10 am, no biggy, right? Well we were there today for another 7am appointment and this time we were late getting there at 7:15. They said we were late 30 mins and they have a cutoff of 15 minutes and refused to take us. They wasted 10 minutes talking while the dog could be there. Staff cant think outside the box, dont bring your dog there
