I’ve taken my dog Papa to Thompson’s Veterinary Center several times now, and I’ve consistently had positive experiences with their team. The staff is genuinely friendly and professional. They handle Papa with care and always make sure we understand what’s needed for his health. I appreciate that they’re efficient with their service. They take good care of him and get us on our way without unnecessary delays or complications. It’s reassuring to have found a veterinary practice where I feel comfortable bringing Papa for his ongoing care. Thompson's Veterinary Center is the best! They have taken the wonderful care of our 3 cats Toonces, Fred and Leroy. Our 16 year old boy Leroy was recently having problems and they took him in without an appointment and literally saved his life. Dr. Thompson is very patient and knowledgeable and explains things very well. The entire staff is always helpful and professional and I highly recommend this Veterinary center to anyone looking for excellent care for their pets.

We have never been more dissatisfied with a vet. We are new to the area and had an amazing experience for the past 7 years with our previous vet. We took the time to research vets in the area and read up on reviews for each location. Thompson's Veterinary Center had great reviews and was very easy to book an appointment. However, we should have walked out the moment we stepped into the exam room. The assistant was not helpful at all, when asking for pricing she seemed annoyed we were even asking. Once the Veterinarian walked in the experience got even worse. The vet never even introduced herself and barley spoke to us. Never spoke to the dogs while giving shots and drawing blood. No calming words were spoken to them as she stuck each of them several times trying to draw blood blaming their

I am a happy customer of Thompson's Vet. Is very convenient for me (only 5 min away),they are pretty reasonable with their prices and I enjoy the way the staff treats my pets. They are compassionate,very professional and caring. Thank you Dr. Carol and staff!
