We took our cavapoo to get groomed. We had ashley d as the groomer. And we are extremely happy with how reba was groomed! We will only bring our pup to her to get her hair done . She was such a great lady. Nice .and very patient with her. Pet smart ia very lucky to have her !!

I can’t say enough great things about Brit and her dog grooming service! It was Kelly’s first time being professionally groomed, and Brit made it an absolutely wonderful experience. Kelly, who has hip dysplasia and subluxation, was treated with such care and gentleness—she looked so pretty and was pampered like a little princess! Brit was incredibly attentive to Kelly’s needs, and her compassion and skill made all the difference. We couldn’t be happier with the results, and we’re already planning to come back again soon. Thank you, Brit, for taking such great care of Kelly! 🐾

I want to take a moment to recognize Cameron, for truly going above and beyond after a grooming incident. While the situation itself was stressful and upsetting at first, Cameron completely changed the experience with his professionalism, compassion, and genuine care. He didn’t just offer a quick apology; he followed through with solutions, communicated clearly every step of the way, and made sure our pet’s well-being was the top priority. Managers like him are rare, and his dedication truly deserves recognition.

My daughter and I went to the lake wales location and found the two ladies working at the fish tank area very helpful today. They had a lot of customers in line but took the time to make sure everyone got everything they needed in a timely manner. And the man at checkout was very nice and friendly.

Don't buy fish here. My Daughter bought guppies here with her own money to put in her newly cycled tank I prepared for her. It took the guy a long time to fish them out, and was very aggressive getting them into the bag. Spun the bag around a dozen times flopping the fish around everywhere. The fish died on the way home. We did t even get to open the bag. Had to turn around and drive back. My Daughter was in tears. She wanted her money back. While the lady was "friendly" she tried to blame us very politely and told us to bring our water in to get tested, even though we never made it home before they died. I have my own kit and am an experienced fish keeper, I'm not stupid. Also, all of their tanks were filled with dead fish and even their Betta fish were dead. So....don't buy fish here. Th
