PetSmart Grooming

Absolutely horrible. I am new to the area so I figured let me try my local petsmart for a grooming and I was so disappointed. Not only was I charged an extra $10 because my dog could not stay still, but they cut her. She came out looking terrible. The cut was not blended and they cut her way to short. I asked for what I believe was a level 7 cut. I can not tell you what my dog came out with she just looks so short I can see her skin. I specifically aske for a hypoallergenic shampoo because she is sensitive, come to find my dog has a rash on her belly. They cut her whiskers down all the way, its like she never had them. My dog has never received such a terrible cut, She does not even want to get out of bed from how invaded she feels. They told me oh she is fine because she was running aroun

Horrible job, I had to ask for a westie cut 4 TIMES! Not only did they completely shave my dog, they left a weird patch or fur by the base of his tail. The cut was choppy and they cut off his whiskers. Then charged me more than they told me when I dropped him off (went from $61 to $66 plus tax) I do a better job in the backyard with my clippers. What a waste of money. Never again.

Great store. Clean store, great inventory. Everyone is very helpful i mean everyone. At 1st I thought my husband and I were being followed. Since the pandemic one on one customer service has gotten lost so forgive me , not use to such great customer service. The gentleman came right over helped us with collars , leashes and dog Food for our New FUR BABY Bowser . The cashier #647385 was also very attentive, acknowledging Bowser and giving us coupons , helping load the items in the cart. Thank you !

Not happy this 2nd time. We we told that he was agitated. He carried alot of hair with him. My husband had to go get the car vacuum after picking him up. Guess he wasn't brushed? Maybe it was the groomer? I don't know. Will give them one more try

They have really cut back on the staff. When I finally got someone to assist me they were very helpful and told me that what I was looking for is stocked at the Farmingdale location. They were able to quote me prices on a range of sizes. So all and all the service was very good, the wait wasn't.
