Dealing with Jim Flack Carpets was a pleasure. We were looking for a tan berber for the runner on our stairs. They had piece that had just the right amount to do the runner in exactly the color we needed. They have a huge selection in the store so we were able to save a ton of time and money. Ron was great, knew exactly what to show us and was super helpful. They were able to install the next day and the installation went perfectly, the guys did a great job, we’re very neat and left the house spotless. We would definitely use them for any of our flooring needs in the future.

I have purchased from Jim Flack before and have never been disappointed. They offer a quality product at a good price. This time Billy did the installation and did a terrific job especially with several sets of steps which were very labor intensive. Very satisfied with the job he did and would highly recommend.
