Creepy Creatures

I’m having trouble getting my bearded dragon to vary his diet and I went into Creepy Creatures to see if they sold anything that I haven’t already tried (I’ve tried everything). The staff member running the store (may be the owner) explained why I was having an issue and did not try to sell me anything because he did not think it would work. I appreciated his honesty so much, and I felt much better after leaving the store. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with me free of charge (I’m going to keep trying on his diet though haha). Very knowledgeable, very helpful people here!

First time wanting a reptile and they were very helpful and so nice! I left happy and confident with my new snake Mr bean. Greg helped me out but I also got to meet the rest of the team and they’re just very nice and great people. Totally recommend this place ALSO they are easy to reach when not at the store. So happy I found this place! My son and I came here for the first time a few days ago for insects for our new Bearded Dragon (received from a breeder). We were INSTANTLY greeted by the most sweetest/friendliest boy who was incredibly helpful and to our surprise very knowledgable. Once he realized I needed more help, he passed me to Tom. Tom was SUPER patient despite having a few people in the store at once. I had done loads of research prior to getting our Bearded Dragon (all of which seemed contradicting) but once Tom started to realize this, he patiently answered every question and gave further guidance. He provided me with several different insects to experiment with in feeding my new pet.. and while I felt overwhelmed that everything I "thought" I knew was incorrect, I also felt better

This store is absolutely horrible, I wouldn’t come back for anything even a free house. The staff were so weird and immature. We were looking at the store owned pet a chameleon and some worker that we couldn’t even tell the gender came up to us and made there hands into a gun shape on my head and said out loud are u trying to rob us, so unprofessional and weird. They wouldn’t even let us touch the other chameleon in the store. I would rate this a -100 if I could. I don’t recommend this place at all. Find a better place. This place is also so overpriced and not worth your money with the pets being treated like trash. Before I even walked in i called and spoke to Tom on the phone and he answered all my questions and took the time to explain everything I was asking. Then when I went in let me tell you how awesome every person was!!! This is now my goto store for my tarantulas and lizards!!! Everyone there is amazing truly no words can describe!!!! Thank you for everything!!!!!
