This is for the Pet Hotel: the blonde manager with tattoos does not like cats and has a NASTY attitude towards them. She said our cat was very aggressive… as you can see she is not aggressive. The “kitty cottages” are 2x4 cages. No windows. No place to really move. It’s dark and cramped and I can see why the cats would be scared… We told the manager to give our cat her favorite treats while we were away for a business trip to calm her nerves. They did not do that. They also “lost” some of her toys. If you have cats DO NOT put them here. I would not trust that blonde manager with the tattoos around animals. Anyone who can be that cruel towards little animals should not be working there… We will find another pet hotel and let everyone know of a better local suggestion when we find one❤️

Wish I could give ZERO stars! Went on Sunday to purchase fish for my sons bday. Plenty of experience with tanks and fish! Went to Petsmart Farmingdale, walked around with my excited son picked out some fish spent $150 dollars!!!! Got home made sure to acclimate the fish to the tank. Everything went well. Till the next morning when the birthday boy woke up, 7 out of 9 fish I swimming upside down!!! 😠 😡 😤. Thank you Petsmart!!! Imagine being a very happy 6 year old boy waking up on his bday excited for his new fish and see they are all DEAD!!!!!!! ON HIS BDAY!!!!! THIS STORE SUCKS!!!!!!!

I have been very happy with my dogs stays overnight. Rocky is always greeted well when we arrive and I get a full report. I've asked for someone to hold him as he likes snuggling and when I arrived one time I was happy to see he was sitting on a workers lap in the play area. They also take good care of the items I bring for him. I even have a photo sent to me during his stay which is fun.

PetSmart Farmingdale don’t understand what’s going on over there If you want to go to PetSmart, go to the one in Huntington they’re great Just went to the one in Farmingdale they said they have $22 in points and they could only use $18 because it’s increments of two Last time I looked it is an increments of $2 Manager wasn’t any help And the lady in front of me had a return with no receipt and I’m standing behind her in line there’s three people helping her and nobody ringing me up. I asked three times if somebody else could ring me up and it took a while. Like I said, go to the store and Huntington. They’re great over there.

This place always has everything I’m looking for when I come to shop for my hamsters. However, today I came in and noticed a hamster running on the wheel and I tapped the glass gently and the grumpy lady with barely any teeth working there said “don’t knock on the glass”. She also wouldn’t answer my questions in regards to the hamsters, she avoided total eye contact with me and constantly rolled her eyes. Her tone of voice was very rude, she seemed annoyed. I told her “I already filed a complaint for you being rude to me with the associate up front.” She then has the guts to tell me “I wasn’t rude to you whatsoever.” Then she mumbled something under her breath which I replied to saying “pardon”.
