What's not to like. Babaa had never been around a puppy. She grew up with dogs. Had to make it clear we were not bringing one home :( Anyhow it was great lots & lots of dogs, puppies & cats. Yes I sawseveral I wanted! This place has everything for someone who wants to be a pet owner. It's very large. Grooming, training classes, fish, just everything. Actually I got my 1st dog from here over 20 yrs ago. Adopt a shelter dog or cat. They know... thanks PetSmart.

The people who work here are nice but there is a BIG problem with their tanks they’re FULL of ICH, it’s awful to see.. I’ve gone twice my second batch of fish is definitely doing way better still had a few die.. praying the rest don’t. They replaced the fish that died (which is the new batch) which I’m happy they do but replacing the dead fish with more sick fish isn’t very good. I’m mostly got the ich under control took 4-5 days. I just don’t understand how the tanks look horrendous when they claim to put meds in the tanks.

Absolutely amazing experience, we arrived early enough to walk the lower level and the lights are just so beautiful. Also got to hang out with some really soft and cuddly friends.

My recent experience was very disappointing. The appointment felt rushed because the groomers were so overwhelmed. The groomer mentioned how busy they were, and my puppy was ready much sooner than expected. As a result, the instructions I gave weren’t followed. His eyelashes were cut (which I specifically asked not to be touched), and there were uneven cuts in multiple areas :-( I understand that things can get busy, but rushing through grooming compromises both the quality and the trust we place in the services. I hope PetSmart can address this issue.

I know this sounds ridiculous, because it is, but I’ve been profiled every time I’ve gone into this PetSmart. I don’t know what it is about my medical clothing, lack of bag, and purchasing of expensive pet products that makes these employees think I’m going to take a cat collar or something, but it’s finally at the point where I won’t return. When I went in this week, this weird older lady followed us into every single aisle we went in. There were at least 10 other shoppers. We went around to several different sections, and the same woman was always there, in our aisle. She was either super awkward, trailing us, or both. By the time she got to the last aisle, she became weird - she was staring at us and talking aloud ‘to herself’ (at a volume and with a tone to be picked up by other peopl
