PetSmart

My furbaby Daisy is almost 13 years old, and for most of those years, Petsmart has been our first choice for her grooming. We recently moved here from out of state, and had to find a new groomer/PetSmart. Unfortunately, Daisy was diagnosed with cancer a month after moving here, and her condition went south quickly. I needed her to be groomed recently, as her fur makes her miserable (in good times, not just now that she's sick) when it gets long. So I called this PetSmart, desperately needing her done right away before she was too sick to tolerate standing to be groomed. The girls in the grooming department went out of their way to open a spot for her the next day, and worked on her quickly so she could go home and back to her comfortable bed. Ally in the Aquatic Center helped us in picking out the perfect snail for our new fish tank. We couldn’t help noticing how much she loves the Aquatic center. Nice to see someone who truly loves their job!

We love bringing our dogs here for grooming! Kelsey has been doing our dogs for years and she is THE BEST! I have recommended her to my friends and they also love her. The entire staff seem to really care about the dogs

My shitzu came in for grooming several times before but this last time they could not groom his face because he was anxious so they said we should go elsewhere next time while charging full price + $10 handling fee. Female groomer who I guess is also the manager made snide/sarcastic comment that my pet should thank your mommy for being taken there and being distressed. Totally not a necessary comment at all and completely unprofessional especially in front of other customers and grooming staff. I was given a partial refund after requesting. Will go elsewhere now for grooming and for vet services.

I got three fish from there within 2 day span 2 rainbow sharks and a panda catfish they died before I even got to put them in the tank I tested the water that came in the bag the nitrites and ammonia was high I called to let them know and the guy on the phone didn’t seem happy that I called to let him know about the water
