I went to just look around, and saw this very cute turtle they have. Alexia was very helpful and told us a lot of fun facts about her personality and helped me get an idea of the stuff she would need. Alexia was the best and very informative. I’ll for sure be doing my business with her when the time is right for that cute turtle!

The staff is friendly and prompt! One of the only local retailers with this Meowijuana Spray at a great price! Our cats go crazy for it!

I paid $90 for grooming services and I say the half assed it. When I got home from picking my dog up and examined her I swear blind mice could have done a better job. My dogs nails weren’t trimmed she still had dirt marks on her face and dirt on her stomach. I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY THESE THINGS WERE MISSED!

I visited today to purchase food for my dog and had a very disappointing experience with the customer service. The cashier was on her phone and didn’t even acknowledge me with a simple greeting — not even a “hello.” That lack of basic courtesy is unacceptable. That’s basic customer service — if that’s too much to ask, then maybe she shouldn’t be working with the public. I asked her about the hours of operation for the Banfield hospital, and her response was, “I don’t know, you can see it on the front door.” That’s not an appropriate or helpful response to a customer asking for information. I asked her if there was someone else or even a manager who can help. I then asked someone in the grooming department, and she also said she didn’t know. I've compared prices of the same products to other stores in my area and PetSmart usually has the lowest price. They also have all of the toys/treats that my puppy loves!
