My dog had a ROUGH time at the vet. He was scared and a bit reactive. They handle the situation with grace and kindness that I’ve never seen before. They were not judgmental in the slightest and I felt he was in good hands through out the entire appointment. We came up with an action plan to make future visits not so stressful and the entire visit was quick and seamless. Would highly recommend.

It was easy to get appointment on a Sunday when we had emergency for our cat. The doctor and the staff were very attentive and explained everything in detail. They also clarified the costs upfront. We received constant updates during the day and our furbaby was discharged on time. Edit - visited again for a skin condition. Dr Jones and her staff were very helpful and patient with our furbaby.

Starting out as new members and are incredibly pleased by the high-quality service and care thus-far provided. Staff are kind, compassionate and supportive, listening to owner concerns, examining pet with gentle love and care, while providing descriptions of exam elements and uses during eval. We’ve been in a bit of a crisis with our puppah, and Petfolk has jumped right in, analyzing records, asking questions, genuinely seeking as much info as possible to help our puppah. Petfolk’s visit summaries are this data-queen’s dream come true! Reports are clear and comprehensive, yet understandable to the lay person. Pricing is consistently transparent, and the membership is a great way to help lower cost for simple to complex services, and we love the opportunity for 24/7 virtual access to a med

This is an awesome clinic!!!!! Dr. Jones was awesome, assistant Taylor was just a great! I had to bring my cat in for possible poison injection. They were very kind, easy in handling my baby. Took very good care of him! Prices are competitive! Good! If anyone has concerns if their baby will be taken good care of........ I highly recommend Petfolk! Only thing to add is after initial seeing, take too long to get you out, and try to sell too much care. Need to speed up the wait time to getting out. You cant get back that time just sitting in a wait room.

She helped get my fur baby in immediately for an emergency, which was such a relief during a stressful situation. Once we arrived, Dr. Jones and Taylor took amazing care of her. They were gentle, compassionate, and very efficient, while still taking the time to thoroughly explain the process and provide a clear, transparent breakdown of costs. I never felt rushed or left in the dark. I’m so grateful to Callie, Dr. Jones, and Taylor for their professionalism, kindness, and genuine care.
