Love this place. Have been going here since 2018 when we moved here with our older cats. Extremely compassionate group of people here. Caring and brilliant doctors and assistants. Will make time for you and your pet in case of emergencies. My older cats ended up passing away - ages 17.5 and 19 and we all cried together. We adopted 2 kittens who were abandoned at a construction site. Its been a while since we had "kids" and the staff at Cross Timbers has been most helpful. Reasonably priced compared to many other vets we have been to in the past. Small organization that is connected to the community. Always upgrading skills and posting on social media.

I love the attention they give to my senior dog, they examine her with me present and don't take her back somewhere to be examined. I also feel as though I am given plenty of time to ask questions and the visit doesnt feel rushed. I also love that they have mats on the floor so she doesn't slide around too much, they try very hard to make her comfortable.

I cannot say enough good things about Cross Timbers Animal Clinic. We have been going here for 10 years and always have had service and caring that went above and beyond what was required. They genuinely care so much about each and every pet like it was their own. THANK YOU!

My little Pomeranian, Christopher Columbus, got into something he shouldn’t have, and I wanted him checked out right away. The whole process was so smooth—I was able to set up an appointment quickly and he was seen that very same day. The staff were absolutely wonderful—so kind, compassionate, and genuinely caring. The quality of care was excellent, especially from Lynn Dumas, DVM, who made me feel confident and reassured throughout the visit. I also love that they are Fear-Free certified. It’s immediately clear that everyone here is passionate about animals and their health, and it shows in the way they treat both pets and owners. I’m very grateful for the care Christopher Columbus received and highly recommend Cross Timbers Animal Medical Center, they are our family's primary vet.

I cannot compliment Cross Timbers enough for the care & love they showed my child with fur, Murph. Dr. Dumas is a beautiful soul and her staff are so very kind and gentle. I wish I knew all of their names to personally thank them for the past 2.5 years. Elise, Christina, Madeline and Gabby are amongst the few. Thank you for helping me care for such a beautiful fur baby and for helping him cross over the Rainbow Bridge this past weekend.
