Petbar Flower Mound

Took my peekapoo Gara in for her very first puppy haircut, and Petbar Flower Mound absolutely exceeded my expectations. The staff was amazing with her from the moment we walked in. They took such good care of her during the couple of hours she was there, and I could tell she felt safe and comfortable the whole time. Her haircut came out perfect — clean, adorable, and exactly what I hoped for. You can tell they really pay attention to detail and genuinely love what they do. I’ve taken my big dogs up there a few times to use the self bathing tubs and it’s a great experience. They are so kind and helpful. If it’s your first time they walk you through how to use the bathing system with several options for shampoos and a nice conditioner, give you the apron, towels, happy hoodie, brushes, ear cleaning solution, etc. The blow drying system is just as easy. They offer nail clipping as a separate service for a good price if you aren’t comfortable doing it yourself. Even if you’ve been there before they check-in on you, make sure things are going well. I have not used the traditional grooming services, but for how attentive they are when I’m just doing things myself, I can imagine that service is just as great. I had a really good experience here. They were calm, patient, and genuinely kind with my dog the entire time. He can be a little nervous with grooming, but they handled him so well and made the process easy. He looked great after, and I really appreciated the care and attention to detail. Definitely coming back!

Tara helped us with the self-wash for our pups, and she was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful the entire time. Her positive attitude and support were second to none. Im blown away how great of a job theyve done. We've taken our pet to the groomer countless times over the years, but this is by far the best haircut/wash he's ever gotten and he looks so good. I was so impressed. I had to call and complement them.
