This location is very well-managed and the staff there are wonderful. Their dog-training staff (Tara) is very competent too, and Affogato is a better dog after an year here!

Careful of the grooming salon the gentleman that first cut my dogs hair was hands down amazing! The second time some lady did it and put a bow in her hair and granted it was cute as hell till I realized we couldn’t get it out and it was so tight it looked like this when it fell out ! And I mean it fell out because we couldn’t cut it out if we tried she would bite you for touching it cause it hurt her so badly! Then when I called to tell them she laughed and giggled and said I’ll leave a note in your profile not sorry or anything else …. Careful cause my dog was in so much pain for a month and crying and wouldn’t let you even pet her or go near her ear cause it hurt her.

I just had the best experience with Max at the cash register. She was so kind and helped me with my rewards. Max deserves a raise 🤍 thank you Max for making my day better

I recently took my dog to get groomed. I specified just a trim in the private areas and a little trim in my dog’s tail and legs. I have a golden retriever so his hair grows awesome but the groomer specialists unfortunately botched my dog’s fur. His fur is cut up uneven. His tail was cut all the way down and uneven. His ears fur were cut down and you can see the uneven patches. You can totally tell this was done in a rush and not professionally. I am adding a 1 star review because my dog looks horrible !!! Never taking him back.

Excellent cat food selection, superior to anywhere in Chicago! Now if only they would open at least at 9am, at least, on Sundays. 10am is so long to wait. It's very inconvenient. That's my one day in the area.
