The care & information I received from dropoff to pickup for my cat’s dental procedure was excellent! All my questions answered and I was provided updates throughout. My cat is already back to playing with her toys & eating well a day after the procedure. The post op instructions reviewed with me, I was provided a paper copy & are very clear to follow. Very helpful staff throughout!

Doctor was very thorough, explained how we can help our newly adopted cat to lose weight economically and over a long time.

All staff very friendly. Customer service oriented. Dr. Jesse Navatta took time to thoroughly explain everything to me in language I could understand. Very patient. Made sure all my questions were answered. My kitty got the best medical check-up.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!IF YOU HAVE A TECHNICIAN APPOINTMENT, READ THE RECEIPT BEFORE YOU PAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We called on 2/2 to have a vaccination appointment, but they said if we want to do it in this week, only technician appointment available. Now, we found that they didn’t do vaccinations, but charged us for nail trim. When we called to ask what happened, they were like there was some misunderstanding and would you like to have another appointment? You guys shouldn’t double check what happened that day? And did the cats receive the vaccine? I cannot believe this is a hospital.

They love animals. They are so aware of their various personalities, and prescribed just the right treatment for my very old, very sweet, car.
