We like this place. I’ve never encountered an employee here who isn’t friendly, personable, or willing to assist. Yea, it’s a chain, but I think they really do a great job. Kudos store management and employees!!
Our go to spot for everything pets. We attended the Yappy Hour photos with Santa for the first time and it was such a cute and amazing little event. We got a cute gift bag. The Santa went above and beyond for our first time photos. We definitely can't wait for the next event. 🎅🎄
Took my dog for a bath, nail trimming and teeth cleaning today, and he magically looks like a shaved poodle when I got him back. I could cry. 🙃 not once did it say haircut on his appointment. Ugh it was finally growing back from his May incident. Now his tail looks so stupid. 😅 That’s the last time I’ll be going there I guess. Mind you the whole appointment took 2.5 hours for him to come back looking stupid. WHAT IS THIS. This is the worst service we have ever had. Why would you give a dog a haircut without the owners permission?!
Store is great, staff is rude. Shaved headed lady and long haired female employees manning the puppies were rude and just disrespectful to customers. We left and went to Petco, your prices were better but the attitude of staff was worth the additional cost of Petco.
PetSmart’s grooming salon sucks! I have a 1 year old pure bred German Shepherd that is about 80 pounds. Yes, he is a big dog, Yes, he can look intimidating. And yet he is the biggest baby ever! He has never ever bitten anyone and has NEVER shown aggression towards other dogs, and is just a big cuddly baby. When I showed up to get my dog after his appointment, I was immediately talked down on by the blue haired girl that works there and the older lady also working there. They told me my dog was aggressive when put in the kennel because he would “lounge” at any dog that would walk by when in reality, he just wants to play with other dogs!! Big and small, he has been around all sized dogs and he has never had a problem at all ever. She told me that he was “gonna hurt himself” when it would ta
