Petco Grooming

Bella has been here numerous times for nail trimming and have had very good service. This trip I added a bath which included blow dry, gland expression, ear cleaning & nail trimming. She never got the blow dry and that day temps were in the teens so she was wet when we left and for a couple hours after we got home. She never got the gland expression, not sure about the ear cleaning, probably not. Cost an extra $10 for conditioner … my whole bottle doesn’t even cost $10! Seriously I won’t ever bring her here for that service again! I paid full price and only got half the services in the package plus the $10 conditioner!

Honestly extremely unimpressed with petco grooming. This is the second time I have taken my pets to petco and while they do return to me smelling clean; it seems there is little care for the pets. Allegedly one of my dogs was pawing and crying in her kennel and cut her paw from pawing on the kennel. My girl dog is kennel trained and has never whined, cried, or pawed at the door. While I was called about the incident, there was no further discussion about this upon me picking my dogs up. Both of my dogs were retuned to me with hang nails and poorly trimmed nails. When I arrived to pick them up, it was very rushed and perceived that they wanted me (and my dogs) out the door fast as possible. We love coming to Petco for grooming of our little yorkie Malcolm. Kitty does a great job with him and we appreciate her so very much. 💕

Stylists didn't understand a doodle coat or the brush used to control her tight curls - the curls were not matted - they were tight curls - they didn't have time to brush her out so they shaved the entire dog, from tip of tail to tip of nose.

Took my puppy there for a paws, nails, and fanny trim and the lady at the front desk was very rude and snippy. She said it was by appointment only since she was the only groomer that worked there, which was completely fine. I booked an appointment for the very next day. I get there the next day 10 minutes before the appointment, I then have to wait for over 30 minutes because she said she was too stressed and over worked even though there were no other animals there, nor did anyone come in while I was waiting. She finally calls me up to take my puppy, which she was very nice to btw, about 15 minutes later my puppy is done, she gives her back to me and rushes me out the door to pay for it. After I pay and leave I look at my puppy's nails and trim and needless to say it was horrible. It look
