⸻ I had such a genuinely pleasant experience at the PetSmart in East Brunswick thanks to Juliana. From the moment she checked me out, her energy was bright, upbeat, and refreshingly sincere. The best word I can think of is cheerful—but not in a forced, customer-service-script way. It felt natural, kind, and human. Juliana was extremely respectful, attentive, and patient, making the entire checkout process smooth and stress-free. She took her time, was engaging without being intrusive, and made me feel valued as a customer rather than rushed through a transaction. That kind of service really stands out these days. Brought our new puppy to get a few essentials. The cashier offered the puppy pamphlet to me which is a $20 brochure with some info and coupons. She then took the time to go through the pamphlet and match each item we were purchasing with a qualifying coupon, as well as letting me know the $25 off training coupon can be applied even after we've already signed up! Very rare to have a great cashier with attention to detail for the customer, especially with my hands full with my young daughter, the puppy, and all the attention the puppy was attracting. The one negative I have for this experience falls on me....I wish I got the cashier's name!! I will be back often for training and will be hopeful to cross paths and get her name to let management know she's terrific!

This review is for Grooming section of the store. Took my 9 year old dog for a nail trim. Don't remember the name of the young lady who helped me but she was fantastic. Usually always take him to the veterinarian but wanted to see how Pet Smart was. Extremely happy with how my dog was treated and no wait time. Thanks again for a great experience. WOOF - WOOF !!!!!!

I was there to take my pup to the vet inside Petsmart. Banfield. The vet was great, and the store was great. The staff was so nice. Look at my pup. He picked out his own new toy (from the Clearance selection!). He was so happy, running around the store with the new toy he just picked out. Staff petting him, customers chatting with me about their dogs, it's like a community. I'm happy. 👍
