Dr. Jessica Francisco, DVM

This vet (Dr. Francisco) is very rude. She appears nice but once you have a request, she gets extremely rude. My pet needed an ultrasound and she was going to keep her at the hospital alone for hours before she gets to do her ultrasound and my cat has anxiety and possibly IBD. I told her I'm worried that my cat will get too anxious and her IBD will act up, and while I was still finishing my sentence, she cut me off and screamed at me that this is how it is done here and gave me an attitude. Then she said she was going to write her a prescription food but she didn't and I had to keep calling her office until she finally did. I called the office again when my cat didn't respond well to the food she prescribed and asked to speak to her but she never called back and she almost never does.

Caring and compassionate person. Gives you a true and honest assessment of your pet's condition. One of the best vets I've ever dealt with.

Dr. Francisco is a wonderful, caring, and compassionate veterinarian. Emma and Olivia love her!!

My rescue loves her and they were great about a rush appointment for the rescue I adopted. Grade A
