yall aren’t gonna tell me or anyone else to “pick up your cat” while you’re letting a husky have behavioral problems in the lobby. AS THE EMPLOYEE IS EXPLAINING TO THE OWNER OF THE DOG HIS BEHAVIOR IS TOO MUCH FOR HER TO WORK WITH, that husky ran up to the cat on video btw, and the employee responded with “please pick up your cat” absolutely not. control your dog

Haley is the best!! She always has time for my little Charlie and when I bring him in he acts like he's going to see his best friend. She always takes great care of him and pays close attention to his skin tags when cutting his hair. She manages to hide them even when I get the short hair cuts. It's hard to find good groomers, especially with senior dogs that you worry about. But with Haley I have no worries. Plus, his vet is in the same building.

Brought our very anxious dog in to have nails trimmed, ears cleaned, & teeth cleaned. They were very kind & accommodating to our dog when they saw how nervous he was about the nail trimming. I don't remember the girl's name who did the trimming / cleaning, but she was awesome. She was very empathetic to our dog & did everything she could to put him at ease. 10 out of 5 stars. Would recommend & return myself for their grooming services. Thank you so much. Our dog Oliver said thank you & that he was grateful for your empathy towards him. We'll be scheduling another nail trimming & ear cleaning between mid October & mid November (somewhere around every 60 - 90 days). Until then take care & keep up the amazing work you do.
