Bentley's Pet Stuff Downers Grove

I just recently started going to Bentleys to have my new Bernese Mountain Dog puppy groomed. We wanted to get him started young so he was used to the process. Suzy has done an amazing job with him since his very first appointment. I will never take him anywhere else. Dewey always comes back happy, smelling great, and extremely soft. She truly puts love and care into grooming Dewey and the end result is very apparent of that.

There are so many reasons to shop here! Rob is so knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to picking out the right food for your dog. I just adopted my Paulie and he helped me pick out the perfect treats for my adoption bundle they offer. Suzy the groomer was awesome, she was able to clip his nails and was so nice. I love this place, will definitely be coming back over and over and over again!!!!

This place is AMAZING! Suzy, Christina and Lina are the most incredible groomers. They are so detailed with their skill! And for pet parents you should know that from a behind the scenes perspective, what happens when you’re not there…watching Suzy and Christina work together calming your anxious pups, it’s a sight to be seen! I’ve seen them make the most anxious doggos go from Cujo to Benji! The way they speak to them and love on them as if they’re their own is an incredible sight to be had! They don’t just groom, they CARE! Rob, Nina and Jan are some of the finest employees and are always happy to share their knowledge on pet welfare and nutrition! I brought my dog to get groomed by Suzy and she was phenomenal! He struggles with anxiety in new places and she helped him feel right and home. His fur was so clean! I would absolutely take him back to be groomed by Suzy!
