I took my 8 month old, very energetic, loving life French Brittany to the Nose Work class. He is very curious about everything and Mindy helped us to manage his energy by letting him participate and giving him his space to explore. Nose work itself is fun and Enjoy Your Dog also added a Valentine's Day special focus. My dog got a bandana, a dog friendly cookie - which he loved and a very cute picture (which took 20 minutes to take). The owner, who was taking the pictures chatted with me and waited while my pup was calm enough to sit for a picture. These folks understand dogs. We had a great experience with this dog training company while working with our young puppy. They helped us build a strong foundation with basic commands and addressed several normal but challenging puppy behaviors in both group classes and private lessons. The classes were small, which allowed for plenty of individual attention, and the instructors were clearly knowledgeable, experienced, and patient. They explained not just what to do, but why it works, which made training at home much more effective. We also really appreciated the prompt and helpful communication from the office staff—scheduling and questions were always handled quickly and professionally. Overall, this was a positive and effective training experience, and we would absolutely recommend them to other puppy/dog owners.

My puppy simply loved coming to the Nosework classes! He learned so much, gained confidence, practiced problem solving and had a blast finding the yummy treats in all sorts of boxes and configurations. He also left cognitively tired and napped all the way home!

My foster dog Trixie completed the Reactive dog class and had so much fun. I was really impressed with the knowledge of the trainers. Safety was a top priority and I never felt that any interactions were out of control or unexpected. They were so prepared and comfortable with reactive dogs that I never felt judged or ashamed. We learned so many new strategies and I feel like I can take away some great tools. Highly recommend!

The trainers at Enjoy Your Dog know a lot about dogs and their behaviors! They are very skilled at knowing how to implement different techniques with each type of dog. Would highly recommend one of their training classes!
