Yonan Carpet One

We needed to replace the carpet on our stairs. I got quotes from several flooring/carpet stores for the exact same carpet, and Yonan was the most reasonably priced. After obtaining quotes from several stores, I had one other store tell me how "labor intensive" it was to install Hollywood style carpeting, and they wanted to charge $500 an hour in labor. I didn't get any BS like that from Jim at Yonan - he was kind, honest, and responsive. They installed the carpet in under two hours and it looks amazing. Very happy with both the customer service and the price.

We had a great experience in replacing our carpet. Jennifer Pile was so helpful and knowledgeable with our selection. The carpet came when promised and the installers Mario and Rogelio were very punctual, neat, and did a great job with installation. We highly recommend this establishment.

The best part about Yonan Carpet is that the hardest part will be picking out your carpet. Jennifer Pyle was fantastic to work with. She gave us the rundown on all the different types and styles of carpets and let us take samples home to view in house. She kept in contact over email and phone while were shopping around. She took payment over the phone with credit card. 50% was due upfront. Although after payment she could have done better at keeping us informed of the carpet status. She said 4 weeks, but it took 5 and then another week for them to reach out again to schedule the install. I had to to contact them first because we heard nothing for so long. We recently had all of our carpet replaced by Yonan in Downers Grove and we couldn't be happier with the finished product! Don assisted us from step one and was so kind, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. We even tried searching for a lower priced, comparable product at Home Depot and nothing came close. We stuck to our guns with the products we fell in love with at Yonan and 4 months later we are still 110% satisfied with our choices and investment. I was looking to replace my stairway carpeting and the sales person Jen was so knowledgeable, helpful and just a pleasure to work with. She’s the best! A shout out also to Ray the installer who did a beautiful job installing. I recommend Yonan in Downers Grove highly!
