PetSmart Dog Training

The training is extremely horrible due to the facts that PetSmart is only interested in making a profit and also they don’t care about the dog or training the owners. I will tell you why they put ten dogs in one session and the trainer speaks vey softly so you can’t hear her. I have complained to the trainer personally about this including management and they don’t do anything about it because they don’t care. The dogs don’t learn anything. Plus they’re overpriced. The trainer will tell you your dogs are doing good, but she can’t watch everybody. When I complain to the store about the training, they always said it’s corporate. I can tell you right now. If you have a puppy, you better PetSmart and getting you trained somewhere else. They want to charge you $250 for six sessions which is not
