Be aware of the guy named Morris. Kinda old, maybe 60s, but very disrespectful and pushing his choice, stepping out of the boundaries and abusing his position. I was in the store with two of my kids trying to buy fish and after choosing 10 small fishes to buy he refused to sell them saying they will grow and then 20 gallons fishtank will be small for them. I know they will not grow in 1 month from 1/2 inch to whatever size but he refused service and then went to other employees telling them not to serve us. We couldn't buy even one small fish at the end and employees were afraid to talk to us. They hide behind shelves and then talk to expressed their concerns too. I will reach out to corporate and complain. I also end up reporting it to the police as the was the only kinda supervisor on du

I have been very happy with the quality of care that my dog has received, but had an issue regarding scheduling. We made a reservation a month in advance through the online service for Fourth of July weekend and had assumed that all was well. However, only a couple of days before the date that we had scheduled to drop her off, we received a call that they could not honor our reservation. As it's a holiday weekend, we have not been able to make other arrangements and had to change our vacation plans. It would have been nice to have heard from the beginning that they were overbooked, as we are now left with no options.

Great place for Doggy Day care or if you need a pet hotel for the night. Staff is friendly, place is clean and the price is right.

We love this location! Our two dogs are so well taken care of, both during day camp and overnight stays. The staff are flexible to what individual dogs need and give loving attention to all of them. We drive out of our way just to bring them here when we need to board the dogs, because it's always been so great.

I love this location. I bring my dog Stanley four times a week for doggy day camp and he’s been going for a few years now. The staff knows him by name and is extremely friendly, and it is always clean. Tara at petshotel is great and always calls me by my name. I also buy his food there and go to ban field there for all of my animals. It’s so convenient
