From the moment I arrived, Tayah was rude and unprofessional, making harsh comments about my dog being matted without even touching him. I explained clearly that she could trim as needed if there were any mats, but to leave his face and tail. When she called later, she even admitted he “wasn’t as bad as she thought.” Yet when I picked him up, his face was completely butchered - easily the worst Goldendoodle haircut I’ve ever seen. She had shaved awkwardly around his nose but left the sides untouched. I recently took my high-energy dog to the PetSmart on Inwood Road for grooming with Kiyanna, and I have to say, my experience was disappointing. I had given my dog Benadryl beforehand to help calm him down, and I paid for the Furminator grooming service, expecting a thorough job. However, I was taken aback when Kiyanna mentioned that the grooming would only take an hour. I waited patiently in the parking lot, and as soon as I received the invoice via text, I paid right away. Almost immediately after, the team called to let me know my pup was ready, but our call was disconnected. After speaking to someone on the phone who told me the groomers were open until 9pm. I took my dog to get its nails clipped at 7:15pm. Two workers were there and told me they were closed. When I asked what the hours were they said till 9 unless we are slow then we close at 7. I would understand if it was 8:30 but closing two hours before the posted time is not customer friendly.

Not professional & very incompetent. The haircut is completely uneven they cut everything but his tail (he’s a yorkie not a poodle)… I was asked if everything looked ok to which I said yes because the groomer was clearly in a rush to leave. Every time I book at this location it’s a hit or a miss. They also lost his collar & told me they would call me when they find it because they thought they put the collar on another dog. I had to ask them to replace the collar because I live in an apartment & will not let my 10lb dog go without a leash. They seemed very annoyed that I requested the bare minimum. They ended up finding the collar but the whole time I was there it felt very rushed.
