We've been taking our corgi to see Bethany the dog trainer since he was 3 months old and he's now almost 6 months! Bethany has been absolutely amazing to work with since we've got a lot of stubbornness on our hands! She's made everything so easy to understand, she's clear in her directions, helpful when we need redirection, and incredibly patient when I have a million questions and need a professional opinion. Even when we're in group classes, she ensures she spends individual time with everyone and is amazing at remembering the personal needs of every dog. We have done both the puppy and intermediate classes, and will most definitely come back for the advanced when we're ready. Thank you so much Bethany!

Seems to be good. Only issue is curbside a couple hours before closing. I’ve done this many times a couple hours before closing and each time I go inside the gentlemen says wow just call we will bring it out to you. Then the one time I do call I’m told they won’t bring it out. Def need to get the staff on the same page. Seems to be an issue with corporate stores. That said they have the food I need for my sick dog. Normally go to another pet store that’s closer to my home and better pricing but they don’t carry what I need.

Bethany is the best dog trainer in Athens! We loved attending class. She made it easy to follow for both our pup and us. Money well spent and recommended to lots of our friends!

I take my mini labradoodle here for her grooming. We tried a couple other doggie salons in the area before coming to Petsmart, and this is definitely our go-to spot now! Reagan S. does a 10/10 phenomenal job!!! She’s so attentive and makes sure your concerns are addressed. My girl left looking soooooo gooooood. Definitely recommend them for grooming!

We’ve been taking Suzie to see Bethany for almost 6 weeks now. She’s really helped us feel more confident in training Suzie, and just knowing how to deal with Suzie’s anxiety. She’s got great advice and works well with our dog as well as my children who come along to help. She’s very straight forward and very easy to talk to. Highly recommended!
