These folks are so kind, patient, and communicative. I had to bring my dog for urgent care today, and from checking in with reception to testing to treatment, I had positive interactions with every member of staff I encountered. I am so grateful for the compassionate care my pup received, and for the detailed responses to my many anxious questions. Our vet tech, Lake, was absolutely lovely, calming my fears and even taking extra time to help solve an issue with our insurance claim submission. I forgot the vet's name, but she was so patient, knowledgeable, and encouraging. She and Lake each made sure that I fully understood the diagnostic/treatment options before making any decisions. I’ve been to a lot of vet offices, but none have made me feel as welcomed and comfortable as this one. The staff is so kind, transparent about pricing, and always go above and beyond. They take the time to listen and answer any follow-up questions, which I really appreciate. I first came here for an urgent care visit when my dog had a UTI, and more recently when she tore her nail. She has anxiety, but she’s always so much calmer here than anywhere else — they truly go above and beyond to make her feel safe. Even my cat had a completely different experience here compared to any other vet. This is my dog Winter's primary care vet and we have had nothing but great experiences with them! Winter is dog reactive and they have always been very accommodating to me and her. There is no shortage of treats in this office and they did everything they could to make my dog comfortable when she came in for her establishing visit and during sick visits. Winter loves getting pets from all of the friendly staff and even waits at the door for them to come in.

I have been taking my dog to Oak Grove since they opened, and I have always had a great experience. Dr. Jacob is outstanding. He’s not only highly knowledgeable but also incredibly patient in explaining everything from diagnoses to treatment options. I always leave our appointments knowing I have made an informed decision. What I appreciate most is that he respects my choices as a pet owner, even when they differ from his recommendations. It shows me that Oak Grove truly puts my dog’s well-being first, not just profit margins.

We’ve had only positive experiences in Oak Groove Clinic. Dr. Jacob Liu was wonderful when we needed urgent care for our kitten after a post-spay infection. He was patient, kind, and clearly loves what he does. Since then, we’ve chosen this clinic for our primary care and have also had great experience with Dr. Emily Parsons. Our kittens always feel comfortable, never stressed, and are spoiled in the clinic. The prices are reasonable, the clinic is clean, and the staff is always kind and helpful.
