Petsense by Tractor Supply

Grooming job was good but power went out before I could pick my dog up.. Manager of store was rude to me because I did not have cash to pay. I gave her 2 options for payment but she was not kind about the situation at all. The options were to leave my credit card info for when the power returned or I would pay on Friday when my other dog has an appointment. Not my problem that power is out or that I do not have cash......she was just very rude!

I usually like this Petsense alright. Everything seems a bit pricey, but that's okay if no one else immediately has what I need. Last year (2024), this location began selling fish. Not the first place I'd buy a fish from, but I looked around. And then I turned the corner and found these beautiful creatures in an absolutely APALLING amount of water. I know bettas are housed in small containers at stores and that's bad enough. But this? Just horrible! I sure hope they are educating their customers on PROPER care of bettas, like a minimum 5 gallon tank, filter, heater, plants when possible.... but I have little hope that they are, given that these fish are in 1 cup (often less) of water. PLEASE DO BETTER!

My husband and I visit this store at least once a month to pick up our cats' food. If we have any questions, the staff is always ready to help. They are very polite, friendly, knowledgeable and quick to make your shopping a pleasant experience. 😊

Staff was very friendly and it’s a cute little store! Not huge, but I like that compared to a larger pet store since things are easier to find!

We take our two kittens to Petsense every month to get their claws clipped. The groomers there are wonderful and take good care of the cats. It only takes a few minutes, and their prices are very reasonable. The pet food and supplies are very well stocked. I am very happy that Petsense has such a great store in our area.
