Bed & Bone Boarding and Grooming

This place is amazing! My first need for boarding was very last minute back in August. They took amazing care of my new rescue, Finley. I was worried about leaving him due to his life of losing his owner and being placed in a shelter. And he had been really sick, but fully recovered. All worries went away, B&B accepted Finley with love and care. He was so happy! They sent me the cutest pics to ease any lingering anx. Therefore, I didn't hesitate to board Finley and my one year old Pom last week. She is the Queen B! There 10 day stay was picture perfect. I’ve been bringing my dogs to Bed and Bone for over six years now for both grooming and boarding, and I truly can’t say enough good things about the care they provide. The staff is warm, welcoming, and most importantly, they know my dogs by name and treat them like family. Whether I’m dropping them off for a quick groom or an extended boarding stay, I always feel confident they’re in good hands. Even after moving away from the Mebane area, I continue to make the trip back because I trust no one else with my dogs' care. The peace of mind they give me is priceless.

I absolutely love Bed and Bone! The owner is fantastic and has an incredible attention to detail, remembering even the smallest things about my dog. She, along with the entire staff, is always accommodating and incredibly responsive to any concerns I have. But I must give a special shout out to Kiyanna, the Office Manager. I also love that Bed and Bone provide one-on-one playtime for each dog, which makes my Maverick feel extra special because he can be a shy pup around other dogs. He also gets groomed there frequently and Iooks great each time. Every visit makes us feel so welcome and loved. The whole team truly cares about the dogs. Highly recommend!

I can’t express enough how grateful I am to Bed & Bone. The staff have always been caring and loving in our dogs and the owner goes above and beyond in communication and scheduling. I cannot recommend this place enough. Our dogs love it there and always come back tired and happy.

**EDIT in response to comments from the business.** “The $15 specialty care fee barely offsets the cost of the extra care required. This includes—but is not limited to—overnight potty breaks, hand feeding, cooking food offsite, administering injections, and assisting with mobility.” ~My dog required none of these services. “…we require a care plan and spending authorization.” ~I have never been asked for this, nor was it mentioned during check in or registration, so I call BS. ~ I also hope that the camera captured the hand gesture that went along with my message to Sarah.
