Dr.Cooper and her staff were amazing from start to finish. The receptionist was kind and personable. The staff were very attentive. Dr.Cooper explained everything and was supportive. We love Dr.Cooper! Unfortunately, we had to make a difficult decision about our cat and the staff was patient, caring and supportive. We are in debited to this staff for the way they took care of us.

Chose this vet as it was close by when we first moved here. We now live 30 minutes away and still make the trip here because they are just that great! The staff is so friendly and helpful, and all the doctors truly care about our pets. I genuinely have never had a bad experience with them over the last 3 years and cannot recommend them enough.

Editing to reply to this horrible vet office! YOU TAKE PATIENT PRIVACY SERIOUSLY??? MY CAT WAS THE PATIENT AND HE'S DEAD BECAUSE OF DR COOPER! I ALREADY SHARED THE STORY! THERE'S NOTHING TO KEEP PRIVATE! YOU NEED TO FIRE THAT HORRIBLE EXCUSE FOR A DOCTOR AND THE HORRIBLE MANAGER WHO DEFENDED HER ACTIONS! I also attached screenshots of messages I've received from a former employee of yours after sharing my story all over the internet! This is definitely the most expensive vet's office in the county, Dr Cooper is absolutely heartless and the manager, Stephanie Brinn believes that taking blood is where their job ends. She believes its perfectly acceptable to charge over $500 at one appointment then never have a vet speak to the client about the results. I was robbed by this disgusting place

I love everything about your clinic. The staff is always so friendly, welcoming and kind. I almost feel like it’s a family. I am blessed to know how much the staff loves each precious pet we bring in and love on them and go out of their way to make them feel safe and loved. Thank you.
