I placed an online order for curbside pickup at Petco Durbin Park to save time during a busy day. The order was submitted in the morning, but it didn’t move at all for hours. By early afternoon, I gave up waiting and went into the store to purchase the items myself. At the register, I mentioned to the cashier that I had placed an online order but couldn’t wait any longer. He asked for my name and completed the order on his device. On paper, it probably looks like the store fulfilled the order properly — but in reality, I had to walk in and handle it myself. That defeats the entire purpose of ordering ahead. There is also no clear curbside pickup setup. There are no designated parking spots, and parking directly in front of the store isn’t practical without blocking traffic. So even if th

the male mice here are severely injured some even look like they have tumors and nobody seems to care. the cages are dirty and overcrowded and it’s honestly heartbreaking to look at. someone complained about this 3 months ago and it’s STILL the same. that tells me nothing is being done. these poor animals deserve better than this. how many complaints and reviews will it take for something to be done about the pets in this store???

Got my 6 month old golden doodle groomed for his first time getting groomed, such a great process. The groomer, Angielee, was so informative and walked me through the process. She was so sweet to my puppy and he turned out looking great! Staff here is very helpful and friendly. Store is in a great location, always clean and well stocked. Before and after photos!

I have waited a month to post in hopes that this would have been addressed. I can't get it off of my mind so I have to share. My dog and I came into the store and my dog was in distress and having a hard time breathing. My daughter was taking us to pick up my dogs meds at Walmart when he increasing had trouble breathing. I had my daughter drop us off at petco in hope that the vet would be able to help. Unfortunately, the vet was closed for lunch. I then went to an aisle and sat down with him. I was scared to death. He has been my baby for 13yrs and was being treated for congestive heart failure. As I sat there fanning him, terrified.. an employee approached and asked if I needed help. I came in to the store today and witnessed multiple gravely injured male mice. Any responsible pet store would know that male mice CANNOT be housed together, due to aggression. This is not only irresponsible business, but negligent animal care.
