Highly recommend Paws and Claws Pet Sitting. Once you are set up in the app you can easily schedule visits, see who is assigned and pay for services. They also notify you at the start of each visit on the app. Once the visit is complete they message a summary of the visit along with pics. They are super responsive and I have total peace of mind when they are taking care of our 3 kitties. Dana has been our primary sitter and she is AWESOME. One of our kitties is older and needs extra TLC and Dana always goes above and beyond to make sure all the kitties are well taken care of. Thank you Paws and Claws!

Paw and Claws have been nothing but amazing to me and my baby Chloe since I moved to St. John’s! They are always very accommodating, answer messages within a quick time frame and provide detailed information on your pet/ send many pictures during the visit! I trust them a lot with my baby and will continue to use their service/ recommend them to others in the area when needed!

I have used Charlotte’s pet sitting services for 6+ years. I was concerned about the “right” type of sitter. A lot of them are not necessarily trained in proper care for animals, whether it’s medical issues or abused animals. I have 3 Boston terriers and a cat, 2 are rescues and have their own sets of quirkiness. When leaving for a trip, it’s refreshing to know all is well when I hire Charlotte. Her company is organized, her sitters are responsible and always keep me informed of how the “visit” went with lots of pictures. I have always felt comfortable with her sitters that come to my house and they truly care for my animals. I would recommend Paws n Claws in a heartbeat…I would also say unless your sitter is trained on how to handle animals in ALL types of situations, it’s not a job for a

I absolutely love them and so does my dog Izzie. They give her the same love and attention that I give her myself and I feel at ease knowing that they are coming to care for my baby when I have to work a long day and can't make it to care for her. She gets so excited every time they walk in the door. They always send me a message and photos after very visit and they get some great shots too! If you need someone to care for your pets in the comfort of your own home this company is the way to go!!! They are fabulous and treat my baby like she is their own!!

Paws and Claws has always been there when we need them for our kitties and has been flexible with our unique requirements. They are reasonably priced and Charlotte, the owner, has always been quick to communicate when needed. They're the best pet sitters we've worked with in Jacksonville.
