Punctual, quick service. My dog received excellent care. His nails are trimmed nicely, his fur is really soft and shiny, and he smells great!

They were very informative and helpful. Definitely trust them with our brand new golden doodle! We were nervous on where we would send them, but we know we made the right decision with Scenthound at Saint Johns! We even signed up for the membership. 10/10 ⭐️

To say that I’m upset is an understatement. I cried for two hours. They completely ruined my dog’s fur, even after I explained in detail how we wanted the grooming to be done and what should absolutely not be done. Everything was ignored. The groomer didn’t even want to take us in because of the undercoat being tangled, so we agreed that she would only do a brushing and wash the dog—nothing more. But when I came to pick up my Pomeranian, I found out that she had just shaved him completely 😭. Please, do not bring your dogs here if you have a German Spitz. Their fur does not grow back the same way. If in three months my dog’s coat doesn’t return to how it was before, I will most likely have to take legal action.
