Olympia did such a good job at grooming my baby! Everyone tends to cut his hair too short, but she got it the perfect length! She even gave my baby a birthday bandana for his birthday today. Thank you! We’ll be back!

They're always glad to see my dog as much as he is glad to see them. Every time I go to or near rochester, we stop in and get him either a toy(s) or some treats. The staff are really friendly

Only one bag left in store of the science diet I needed. Carried it from store, to car (large, heavy bag and no offer to help me) then I carried it into my house. Upon opening I see where it was expired! Therefore I needed to repeat all the above in reverse. was money returned, yes. Did I hear “Sorry this happened”, no. Cashier rang up a refund and had no comment regarding my time or added cost to return. I then drove over to PetSmart and a huge selection was available plus it was cheaper. ! Not impressed

Naomi was the absolute best person to look after and give my dog a makeover!! My dog is an old beagle basset and sensistive, long nails and dirty teeth from being with my parents while I’ve been at college. Arie and I both had a long weekend and she had an emergency visit to the vet so the personal time was great for both of us and I really am so grateful to have had Naomi take care of her today. She even gave Arie a cute little bow tie. I’m so proud of my dog going through her first full on grooming with someone else (usually I do her baths and trims myself) and thank God for sending Naomi our way! If we lived in town, Arie would go to her every month. It’s worthwhile!! Thank you Naomi!!
