Petco

I’ve had consistently positive experiences at this Petco. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to take the time to answer questions or help you find the right products. You never feel rushed, and it’s clear they genuinely care about the animals and their customers. The store is clean, well-organized, and easy to shop in. I always leave feeling confident about my purchases and appreciated as a customer.

Good overall experience. They are probably slightly on the understaffed side, but I get it. I would suggest expecting some delays if you need specific help from an associate. Overall, everyone was very nice and there was ample inventory of what I was looking for.

New pet owner. I needed help shopping due to walking issues.staff located and brought to my cart the items I needed . After purchasing, another staff member walked me to my car, loaded the litter and other heavy items,and asked that I shop again with Petco. That is a definite yes! Felt like a family owned business...thank you!

I am never one to write reviews but I took my dog for a grooming appointment with Chrisy C. (my dog has been getting his haircut for his whole life by pet stores, he’s 14). Within 10-15 minutes after dropping him off I got a call that they were unable to trim his nails because he was “too on edge” and they would not do the rest of the grooming and I had to come pick him up. Never offered to reschedule, did not offer any of the other services (he was coming in for a bath, grooming, ear cleaning, and nail trimming). Upon arriving to pick him up Chrisy barely said anything, seemed very rude throughout the whole interaction. I will definitely not be taking him to this location ever again, workers seemed miserable and barely have have personality to interact with humans let alone dogs.

I needed help with a problem I have been trying to resolve for three months. I have gone to Petco several times but have never gotten things taken care of UNTIL I met Moth. This kind and understanding young lady stuck with me until it was resolved. She also helped others at the same time. I just want to thank her and recognize her as an excellent employee and a wonderful human being.
