Usually we have a good grooming experience here but last night I picked up Lucy and they went WAY over board on her sanitary trim! They completely shaved her belly, it looks like they prepped her for surgery and the edging looks extreme. Well it’ll grow back out I guess. Seems like maybe it was a new or inexperienced groomer? It looks a little laughable. Not blended at all.

My wife took our dog in for a grooming. My wife selected the length of the cut she desired and described how she wanted the face trimmed. When my wife pickup up our dog, she was shocked. They did not follow any of her selections or instructions. I do not recommend the Kyle location for grooming your pets.

Impulsively decided to buy Guinea Pigs with my roommate, and we had the best service/experience ever!! I never leave reviews but I had to after our visit to the Petco in Kyle, Texas. Joshua and Chris were extremely friendly and helped us with all of our needs. Overall, the best costumer service we’ve experienced in a long time. We will be returning!

I’ve never been so disgusted with Customer Service in my life. We took our dogs in for grooming and they have all of our records and they told us that they don’t have our records and the ones that they did were expired. Our dogs have been in and out of that place for the past two years. Never have I experienced anything like this or the rudeness from the grooming department. You just lost not only a vet customer but a grooming customer. And I will make sure other people know that you may treat your dogs that you groom wonderful but you treat their owners like crap! And I understand the importance of the pets having vaccinations. You’d have to be an idiot to not understand why we do that to our pets. But seriously, we’re talking about 2 to 3 days of expiration here. How about a 30 Day wind

Worse experience ever With Genesis in grooming. She is completely unprofessional and wants to act like she is qualified or educated to make medical evaluations about my dog, Instead of knowing her job and doing it. I will add I did appreciate the manager taking the time to speak with me she was helpful but unfortunately Never again will I return to petco for grooming
