I am very disappointed in dissatisfied with Petco. I was told that I needed to get my dog vaccinated for rabies and I did so yesterday made an appointment because they stated that it was 24 hours that I needed in between time of the vaccination and her to be groomed I set the appointment for the next day 24 hours or 25 hours after her appointment for her vaccination after driving 40 minutes to the Petco in Kannapolis, I was told that I had to wait another an additional day to have my dog groomed because it’s not 24 hours. It’s 48 hours which your site clearly says 24 hours which is definitely false advertisement.I will never bring my dog back here again ever I didn’t check any of the stars because I’m giving it to zero😔😡 funny, I had to put at least one star or else it would not post my co

I love this pet store. I travel past other pet stores and big box pet stores just to go to this Petco. They always have what I'm looking for and a wider selection of anything I will need. The service is great, especially Alan in the fish department. His knowledge of everything from water parameters to what fish go together in the tanks to nutrition and which plants work well with your tanks, he's been helping me out for a good while now and his advice has always been right on! You can't go wrong shopping here.

First time at this location for grooming and very upset that it took 5hrs for a tiny & medium 50lb dog to get baths only! I did not add any package. When I stored them off I was told it'd take about 2-3hrs & called around the 2hr mark and was told 3hr and if I wanted them dine sooner it would be $18-20 for EACH dog. We noticed upon pickup that my bigger dog was still very wet! No, we didn't say anything because I needed to get both myeloma & my dogs home, which was a good 30min drive & I'm still recovering from an extensive surgery on pancreas, liver, etc. Very disappointed and don't think we'll be back to this location. I never actually read the reviews about this location, but started reading them after my experience . Now I know it’s not me! Our Chihuahua has been going to groomers for 8 years , NEVER with a problem. Today we were in the area and decided to pop in for a nail trim. We noticed the lady ( her name is Amber) dragging him by the neck to take him back in. That was a red flag . You can tell she just didn’t want to be talking care of him. She immediately takes him back out to us saying he was trying to bite her . Umm.. yeah maybe because you were dragging him . He’s less than 10 lbs. Anyway, lesson learned . I would stay away from this “ groomer” . We left and took our “vicious” dog to Home Depot , and basically the entire store came up and petted and loved on him. They say dogs can sense bad

I recently just visited , it was honestly one of the best pet stores I’ve been to, the staff was so helpful . I just want to say Allen was Amazing just absolutely amazing. He helped me and answered all my questions he was so friendly and caring. Definitely a big shoutout to him . I also want to give a shout out to Stan who was at the register . He was so helpful in helping me set up an account and helped me all the way through while explaining it clearly . Absolutely amazing !!!! This my new baby sprinkles but I also got two cute mouse !
