Petco Grooming

Juilanne at Petco in Durbin Crossing in Saint Johns, Florida is amazing! My Australian Shepherd is very anxious and she is great with him. This is his third grooming appt with her and she doesn’t shave him, she trims him exactly how I like. Would highly recommend!

Went in for a bath and cut… came out with a whole new dog. From the beginning I told the staff my dog, Millie, has had a bad experience in the past at a PetSmart, and that she is very sensitive to the clippers near her feet and the sound of the dryer. The girls reassured me they will be gentle and patient with her— which they were, and I very much appreciated. However, they failed to tell me that they’ve clearly never cut a springer spaniel before. Her ears are completely shaved (she did have some mats in the back of her ear, but I’ve never had to shave the entire ear before, nor other groomers), they left hair sticking out on either sides of her, they left hair on the top of the head, and her fanny area was still not shaved low enough… When she asked if I wanted her to be cut more, I was

We have been grooming at Petco for a while and we do it for convenience. I am never really like the dogs look great after. They never do extra, they are not warm and fuzzy, and they truly charge a separate fee for everything.

Victoria is the best! We feel totally confident leaving Belle with her. Everyone at the store are very friendly and helpful.

Victoria is always phenomenal! My dogs always look gorgeous, and are excited to see her and the rest of the lovely staff! I genuinely love bringing my dogs to her!
