Petco Grooming

I can say that Julie never fails to do a terrific job of grooming my Dog Buddy every time. I have been taking him to her for almost four years now. Julie is one of the best thing about Pet co.......

I brought my doodle in for his first eye, paw and butt trim. I told the young lady not to touch the top of his head or anywhere else. I also explained to her this was my first dog grooming experience as I have always had short hair dogs. I picked him up and it seemed fine but as soon as I got into the car I realized his face trim is crooked and not blended AT ALL. It looks like a bowl cut. I also told her DO NOT TOUCH the top of his head. I didnt notice right away because of his blow out but she did! It is shorter and i specifically said NOT to cut it at all! When I called as soon as I left the gentleman who answered the phone was not very professional. I told him about it and he was just uninterested. Julie did a fantastic job! Roadee was a big mess! He’s all clean and nobody hurt! Also I was recommended to return more frequently then he will be in better shape. For the amount of time spent it was a great deal all round! Thankyou I’ll be back at the end of the month!

They said it will take 1.5 hours from the point they took him in but they were done in 40 minutes. We paid extra for the VIP treatment but he didn’t seem that different when compared to a normal bath. They didn’t buff his nails well, didn’t moisturize his paws and trim his hair there. I expected if I pay $90 for a grooming appointment I should get what’s promised.

Julie was our Groomer and she did a great job! She really sweet and patient with Bruce. The front desk girl on the other hand just had a nasty attitude. We got there no greeting she just asked our dog’s name then walked away. Then I hear her make a side comment to her coworker saying “They have him down as a golden retriever and he’s NOT a golden retriever he’s a golden doodle”. First of all we’ve been vital care premier members since Bruce was 8 weeks old. At the time the vet and us were unsure of his breed so they put him down as a golden retriever and I guess it hasn’t been changed since. There’s no pricing difference and honestly she could’ve just asked us directly instead of making an annoyed snarky side comment. She was overall so unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable leaving
