We are beyond grateful to the entire team for the compassion and care they showed our sweet Kiki during one of the hardest times of our lives. From the moment we brought her in, it was clear how deeply they cared—not just about her medical needs, but about her comfort and dignity. They did everything they could to help her, keeping us informed every step of the way and treating her with such gentleness and love. Very attentive to the needs (and feelings) of the customers... Swift, accurate evaluations from a knowledgeable staff. Sympathetic and empathetic as if every cat were their own. My family couldn't have had a better experience through such an unwanted, sad situation. Solid 5 stars for these cat lovers!

You can tell the staff cares. Had to get shots for a kitten and they understood how to do this with minimal discomfort to the cat. Small waiting room but the cat clinic has a giant bird you can watch while you wait

I had such a wonderful experience at the Cat Clinic of NWA today. I brought in a stray cat I’ve been feeding and hoping to take in, and I wanted to make sure he didn’t already have a family. The staff was so kind, welcoming, and understanding of the situation. They treated both me and the kitty with such care and compassion, and I left feeling very supported. I’m so grateful for the way they went above and beyond—truly an amazing clinic!

Absolutely LOVE this place. Dr. Rose knows cats. I drive an hour, just to bring both my cats here. It's worth every moment of my time, and every cent in gas. They listen to your concerns, answer your questions, and give your kitty top notch care. 100/10 would recommend 🐾❤️
