K9 Resorts Luxury Pet Hotel Rogers

The smile on Milo’s face says everything you need to know about K9 Resort.. The staff here is absolutely incredible and if it’s possible I think they love my pup as much as I do. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs their services and love knowing that their pup is in good hands while you have to be away from them.

We love K9 Resorts! Bess is always excited to go for daycare and loves the staff. They are kind and caring and always so welcoming. They are our go-to for both daycare and boarding!

Beautiful Building, Terrible Communication and Care. I would strongly caution anyone considering boarding their dog here. Our dog has sensitive skin, which means we are very careful about what products are used on him. Because of that, we repeatedly and clearly instructed K9 Resorts, Roger’s AR not to bathe him during his stays. This instruction was included in the required intake forms and confirmed verbally at drop off. Despite that, they bathed him anyway. Not once. Multiple times. Each time we raised the issue, staff claimed they did not have the information. That is simply not acceptable when the instructions were provided in writing and verbally every single stay. When you are trusting someone with your dog’s care, ignoring basic health related instructions is not a minor overs

I started bringing my large dog, Enchilada here. He loves it and it’s really helped his social skills and he has learned how to be a dog and how to properly play and get exercise.

Our pup can’t wait to play with her friends at K-9 daycare. She comes home happy (and exhausted). Everyone is so sweet, knows her by name, and clearly the staff loves animals. The facility is clean, safe, and well maintained. We love having K-9 in our community.
