The staff here are so incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and kind. I've even bumped into staff outside of the shop and they are just as wonderful as they are in the store. I value having such good high quality shop in the area with great people.The owners are amazing and have helped me with quite a few things in making decisions regarding quality of food for my furbabies easier to navigate! We recently rescued a dog, and from the moment we walked in, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed to help her settle into her new home. Their knowledge, kindness, and genuine love for animals shine through in everything they do. The pet washing station is an absolute game-changer! Easily the best local pet store in NWA. They have an amazing selection of food, toys, and treats, and their team is always happy to help with recommendations or track down something specific. If my dog Toaster could write reviews, this place would get five stars from him too.

I love going to this little shop. The owner is always really helpful with ideas and suggestions for my little Bull Terrier Mojo. He's quite the needy, complicated guy and ruff on things. The toys have held up pretty well compared to others, he is a aggressive chewer so I always expect damage with in the first day of getting him something new but it's so worth it to see him happy 😊

This is a local gem that is well worth checking out. Prices are very reasonable, customer service is top notch, and the selection of quality toys and treats is impressive. The store is also kept extremely clean despite all of the pet traffic. You can always tell when small businesses owners love what they do! 10/10 recommend
