Faithful Friends Animal Clinic

My husband and I have taken our dogs to Faithful Friends for over 10 years. Dr. Young is our pets' vet, and she is wonderful. She is so kind and knowledgeable. While my dogs are never happy to go to the vets, they seem to love her. She is a consummate professional and is gentle with them. All of the vets are very good, but I have to call out Dr. Young as well as the front-end staff, especially.

Everyone at the clinic is extremely kind to Matilda, my cat! They take the time to address all of my concerns, talk me through different options for care, and work with me to find the best path forward. Matilda is an older cat I adopted after her previous owner passed. I knew very little about her medical background and Faithful Friends helped me identify some big health concerns and get them addressed immediately. A few people at the front desk recognize Matilda now and make a point to say hello to her and ask me how she’s doing, it’s a little thing but it means the world to me that Matilda is loved by her care team. Everyone I come in contact with there is phenomenal!

Faithful Friends is the absolute gold standard for veterinarian service and also boarding. I trust them with my dogs completely. Their people are first class and really care about my guys! So many great folks over there but I want to call out Randy Brown and Barb in the boarding area, Dr. D’Angelo, and also Kelley their dog groomer who is the best!

I’m extremely disappointed with the experience I had at this veterinary clinic. I brought my English Bulldog in for a double cherry eye surgery, trusting their staff’s reassurance that this was a routine procedure and that my dog would be well taken care of. Unfortunately, the entire process has been nothing but stressful, expensive, and ultimately unsuccessful. Not long after the surgery, just hours it became obvious that the operation had failed. The cherry eye came back, and in some ways looks worse than before. When I reached out to the clinic with my concerns, I didn’t receive the level of care, clarity, or accountability that any responsible veterinary office should provide—especially for something as delicate and common as this procedure.
