Petco is great. We have our dog groomed there. They do a great job and he loves it. I have 2 pets enrolled in Vital Care Reward. I pay about $42 a month and get $35 back in credits towards orders and the either 10 or 20 percent off of everything I need for my pets including grooming services. They get loyalty and I get better prices. It makes sense. The picture is my dog "Morrison" fresh from his, every 6 week, grooming.

Nice pet supply store that stocks items that are competitively priced with other stores like PetSmart. Store is cleaners then PetSmart, but also a fair bit smaller. I go here more so then the archer road PetSmart as the location is better then having to fight all the traffic in butler plaza.

Mikayla is truly AMAZING!! She’s has taken care of my dog grooming needs since day one and it has been a pleasure working with her, my dog can be quite challenging since he’s very energetic and has traumas from his shelter but she was able to handle it super smooth. I recommend anyone looking for grooming needs to come to this location and ask for Mikayla.

This Petco never fairs to provide superb customer service. I’ve been buying dog food from them for years and today was the best experience to date. I tried to utilize a buy 4 get one free dog food coupon online and the system wasn’t applying it properly so I decided to go in store and ask about it. Jeena, the cashier at the time, spent at least 10 minutes on the phone with customer service explaining the situation and trying to make it right for me. Then found a solution to the problem and even though it took a minute, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you Jeena and keep up the amazing work! Your customers appreciate it greatly :)
