I got my 1 year old Yorkie/Pom groomed by Susan. She did a wonderful job on our handsome man. He’s never had a shaving/cut before, she took her time and did not push any of our pups boundaries which i thought was very respectful and the safest thing to do. He came home with no Cuts or Knicks , but instead he came home looking like our little Simba. I definitely recommend taking your dog to get a fresh due by Miss Susan! Thank you for doing a great job on him. We will be back!

Just bought some things here at this store and wanted to say how nice the people were! One of the store employees helped me find a cheaper dog kennel than the one I picked out. Thank you for the great customer service!

I love shopping at the store. Everybody is so nice. During my last visit, I was in a bit of a hurry and one of the wonderful employees noticed. I was trying to find something and very kindly asked if she could help. She was able to direct me to exactly what I needed so that I wasn’t late for my appointment 🐾💜

I have had some pretty good interactions with their aquatics department and never brought home a sick fish or any snail hitchhikers. Months later and the ember tetras I got here are still thriving.

At no point in time have I ever encountered a more useless group of people then the ones that work at this store. The part where Petco Corp is struggling to stay afloat is reflected by those employed at this store from the Store Manager downwards.
