The staff here are awesome. They deserve praise and patience for sure. I was greeted with smiles and good energy the whole way through. I was actually inspired when I talked with the cashier for a little while just about life. Everyone that works here is doing a phenomenal job. They even gave me a cute little bag to take my products home with!

Every time I come to Petco I get very different interactions and customer service. Some employees are very personable and helpful while others act completely clueless and distant which is not helpful. I wish it was for consistent! Shout out to AL! AL has been the best by far!

Not the best experience, I bought a cat water fountain and found out later that night that it wasn’t working properly. I called the store after work and asked to exchange or return it without a receipt since they didn’t provide me with one. I was mistaken when thinking they didn’t ask me, but then the man informed me that he was the one who paid me out and such. I totally understand not being able to do the refund, but the way this kid treated me before and after exchange was unprofessional and the way the situation was dealt with was poor. I believe him name was Kenning from what it sounded like. I’m really disappointed that I wasted $40! Come take a look. Make sure you have a kennel for bringing in your cat, lots of dogs visit on leash. While most of the doggos are very sweet natured, the cats may have other ideas.
